Abstract |
Objective: The present study is the relationship between information technology attitude and the use of technological services and equipment in football school coaches in Tehran: The role of computer anxiety moderator. Methodology: This research is applied in terms of correlation, in terms of purpose and in terms of field implementation method. The research population includes all school teachers in Tehran in 1400. Statistical sample according to Morgan table 384 people who were randomly selected and polled. The variables of this study include three questionnaires of information technology attitude of Labirman et al. (2006) with 3 dimensions and 27 questions, Rajabloo services and technological equipment (1396) including 2 dimensions and 2 questions and Bandelson and Bensol computer anxiety 1990 with 2 dimensions and 20 questions. Accompanied by a questionnaire on demographic characteristics. Results: Information technology attitude with a coefficient of 0.47% has a positive and significant effect (10.68) on the use of technological services and equipment in football school coaches in Tehran. Computer anxiety with a coefficient of 0.60% has a significant moderating role (20.31) on the relationship between information technology attitude and the use of technological services and equipment in football school coaches in Tehran. Conclusion: Football school coaches, as basic football coaches, should pay special attention to the use of technology, services and technological equipment, as well as a positive view of computer use, and it is necessary for school principals to take action and plan in this regard. Consider the necessary and sufficient resources to see better results and performance in the work of coaches as well as athletes. |
