Abstract |
Background and Aim: One of the ways to increase physical strength in any organization and society is to develop physical education and sports among the employees and individuals of that organization and society.In the police organization, the issue of women's participation in sports activities is also very important The purpose of this study is to identify ways to develop physical education for women in Tehran police. Research Method: The present study is a qualitative research with thematic analysis method. The population and the statistical sample of the study included 16 police sports experts and university faculty members who were selected by purposive sampling. The main tool of this research is semi-structured interviews. The validity, transferability, reliability and verification methods were used to confirm the validity. Reliability was calculated by Holstie method by 0.82 which was confirmed. In the present study, Max Qiuda qualitative data analysis software was used for qualitative thematic analysis, for open, axial and selective coding. Findings: The findings showed that structural, managerial, financial, facilities, human and cultural ways are effective in developing the physical education of women in the Greater Tehran Police. Results: According to the research results, Police managers should pay special attention to women's physical education in their planning. This means that at first a suitable organizational chart for this purpose is seen and communicated and implemented, and in the next stage more interaction between managers and female employees to address and give importance and change their views on physical activity among female employees and culture among women in Especially the importance of physical education |
