Abstract:
Introduction & Objective:The purpose of this study was to Investigating The Effect of Education to Personnel on Create Effective Performance in Sport Boards in Khorasan Razavi province.
Methodology:This research is descriptive, analytical and applied.The sampling method was done through the total number.The statistical population was all the heads and directors of Sport Boards.In this study,the standard questionnaire of education to personnel and the questionnaire of measuring the effective performance were used.
Results:The results showed that education to personnel is very effective in creating effective performance in sports teams.According to the results of the table related to Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and significance levels,all of which were above 0.05,it was determined that the data distribution is normal.Also,according to the results of the correlation test table,there is a positive and significant relationship between education to personnel and creating effective performance.Then,according to the results of regression coefficients,it was found that education to personnel has a 68% positive and direct effect on creating effective performance in sport boards.Finally,the regression test was analyzed and according to the Fisher test statistics,which is equal to 9.719,so the effect education to personnel in the direct impact on performance is confirmed.
Conclusion: Today,education to personnel as one of the main mechanisms for developing human resources and creating effective performance in the field of organizations and economic companies has been considered by many experts,officials and training managers of those organizations.education to personnel is one of the most important principles in creating performance.For this reason,the top managers of the organization are required to pay serious attention to this issue.one of the most important indicators of efficiency is the education costs of managers for other employees.These costs are allocated to education to personnel to improve the performance of the organization,which,while changing the training system,also applies new methods of work.Therefore,managers and supervisors at the highest and highest levels of sports are advised to make an effective plan for proper education and principles in order to learn the dimensions of performance and its implementation by personnel.This will increase the performance and effectiveness of personnel and consequently increase productivity throughout the organization.
