Abstract |
The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of marigold supplementation on contusion, muscle, and delay following an extrovert training session in karate girls. For this purpose, 50 girls were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into experimental (n = 25) and control (n = 25) groups. کردن. One week after the 1RM test, the first blood sample was taken from all subjects at 8 am and in the position of 12 hours of night fasting. After completion of supplementation, resting blood sampling session was measured again at 8 o'clock in the morning in the position of 12 hours of fasting at night. Then, the subjects of both groups participated in the main test session which included a resistance training program with weights. The exercise was such that after 10 minutes of special warm-up and 3 minutes of rest, the subjects performed the leg press exercise in 4 turns and each time up to the limit of exhaustion with weights equal to 80% of a maximum repetition. Rest between turns was 180 seconds. Was adopted. Immediately, 24 and 48 hours after this exercise test, blood samples were taken from all subjects. Serum levels of TNF-α were measured by ELISA and creatine kinase was measured by spectrophotometry. Statistical results showed that the levels of pain perception, creatine kinase, LDh, TNF-α were significantly different between the two groups. But levels of il10, IL-6, AST, CRP in the intervals after exercise test did not have a significant effect in any of the groups. These findings suggest that the consumption of marigold flowers can reduce the pain and inflammation caused by delayed muscle soreness in inactive girls. Further research is needed to confirm this. |
