Abstract |
Indigenous and local sports, in addition to having a positive effect on physical and mental health, are considered as a healthy leisure activity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effective factors in promoting local indigenous sports with the approach of enriching the leisure time of Rasht students. The research method is descriptive-survey. The research community includes all physical education teachers in Rasht city, which includes 85 people. To determine the sample size, because the number of physical education teachers in the community is small, all physical education teachers were selected as a sample through a census. Thus, the sample size in this study is 85 physical education teachers, of which 30 as female teachers and 55 as male physical education ones. In order to collect information and data, we have used researcher-made questionnaire by closed-answer method based on the Likert scale, which consists of 29 items. Its validity was corrected and modified with the opinion of expert and academic members as well as its reliability while conducting a pilot study. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data (Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, binomial test, Spearman correlation coefficient, , Friedman test, Kolmogorov Smirnov test) using LISREL and SPSS softwares. The results of Friedman test show that there is a significant priority between the components of the factors affecting the promotion of indigenous and local sports. The most important priority of the factors affecting the promotion of indigenous and local sports is related to the "environmental" component and the "intrapersonal" component is the last priority. |
