Abstract |
Introduction: Today, the importance of sports for women in all dimensions, whether as a sports fan or as an athlete, is pursued in the direction of empowerment as an approach to positive social change. Is responsible. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the perceived risks of managers from the presence of women in sports stadiums. Methodology: The statistical population of the study included all experts in the field of sports, professors and faculty members in the field of sports management and experts in the field of women. Sampling was done purposefully, which was obtained after 17 theoretical saturation interviews. The method of the present study was done by content analysis method. Also, data analysis was performed using the main category, subcategory and primary code coding method. Qualitative data analysis was performed using MAXQDA Pro version quality software. Results: From the analysis of qualitative data, 7 main categories and 24 sub-categories were obtained, which included the most important risks of sports managers for the presence of women in sports stadiums, including planning, cultural-social, political, legal, regulatory, security and infrastructure factors. Conclusion: According to the results obtained, it can be suggested that culture-building in an executive and operational way for the presence of women in stadiums; Sports view of the presence of women in the stadium as a suitable leisure away from politicization and raising public awareness for the presence of women spectators in stadiums and the normalization of this category requires more than anything the attention of the media and advertising that should be considered by officials.
