Abstract:
Introduction: Undoubtedly, today sports is recognized as a global phenomenon that with the increase of public awareness of its effects on various mental, physical and social aspects, we are witnessing the increasing expansion of participation in sports programs. Accordingly, today, governments are increasingly seeking to plan and invest in sports at various levels of recreation to professionalism (Sadeghipour, 2015). In the meantime, it is quite clear to everyone that this is not possible without considering women, who make up more than half of the country's population . Covid virus 19 and the fear of contracting it, has now put people in the community at a higher level of stress and has faced many challenges in sports, including women who face more challenges than men because of their coverage. are. Emka (2019) in a study showed that in recent decades, women's sports have become increasingly popular and the number of women athletes participating in sports competitions is growing.
Methodology: This research was applied in terms of purpose and was conducted in the field. For this purpose, the effective and involved factors in this issue were identified and adjusted in the form of a questionnaire. SPSS software and descriptive and inferential statistics (factor analysis) were used.
Results: Results The most important factor as a barrier to women exercising was health with an average of 6.87 Fear of corneal disease was introduced as 5.84 in the second priority of women's sports barriers. According to the research samples, individual and interpersonal factor with an average of 5.32 was shown as the third obstacle to women's exercise.
Discussion and Conclusion: What is certain is that these results can emphasize that in order to remove obstacles to women's sports in times of great challenges such as Covid-19 or any other factor, all challenges that can disrupt sports should be identified and viewed from an organizational and program perspective. Take small steps to fix it.
