Abstract |
The dignity of each job determines how society interacts and expects society from employees and helps them build social interactions. In different countries, each job has its own dignity, and the people of each country can distinguish between jobs with high or low dignity. People obey high-ranking employees, ask for help, or want to be like them. The overall purpose of this study was to investigate the role of management based on human dignity and quality of work life on the creativity of swimming instructors. The present study was descriptive-correlational and based on structural equation modeling and was applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study consisted of all swimming instructors in Tehran. According to the statistics provided by the Tehran Province Swimming and Lifeguard Board, there are 3,000 active swimming instructors. The statistical sample was 341 people based on Cochran's formula and randomly selected. After distributing the questionnaire, 6 questionnaires were distorted and 335 questionnaires were used for analysis. In this study, questionnaires of dignity in the workplace of Thomas et al. (2018), quality of work life of Swami et al. (2015) and Torrance creativity (1965) were used. Structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach was used to analyze the data. Also in this study, SPSS software version 26 and Smart Pls software version 3 were used to analyze the data. The results showed that management based on human dignity has a significant positive effect on the creativity of swimming instructors. Quality of work life has a significant positive effect on the creativity of swimming instructors. Quality of work life mediates the impact of human dignity management on the creativity of swimming instructors.
