Consumer Law: Prioritizing the affecting factors on consumers' tendency to buy Iranian sports goods

Abstract
Paying attention to national production and supporting Iranian labor and capital is a goal that, in addition to strengthening the national economy, determines the overall policy in dealing with sanctions and making them ineffective on the country's economy. Therefore, in the present study, we try to prioritize the affecting factors on the tendency of consumers to buy Iranian sports goods, based on their importance. The present research is applied in terms of purpose, which has been done in a descriptive-survey manner. The statistical population of the study includes all consumers of sports products in Mashhad. Due to the uncertainty of their exact number and using the Morgan table, 384 people were selected as a statistical sample. In order to collect data, the standard questionnaire for the protection of consumer rights of Iranian products (Bazrgar et al., 2014) was used. In order to confirm the content validity of the tool, the questionnaire was provided to 15 sports management professionals with experience in the field of sports law and sports consumers. To confirm the reliability, Cronbach's alpha test was used, thus, the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.82. Finally, descriptive and inferential tests (Kendall's W) were used to analyze the collected data. In addition, all statistical analyzes of the study were performed using SPSS software version 23. The results showed that among the affecting factors on the tendency to sports goods produced in Iran, there is a significant priority, according to which, the most important priority is the option of "judicial support for the protection of sports consumer rights" and the factors of "standardization of products and services", "Product health", "Product safety", "Valid warranty", "Good appearance and packaging", "High quality" and "Reasonable price" of sports products are in the second to eighth priorities from the point of view of the sample. Therefore, the relevant authorities are advised to emphasize, first of all, the establishment of serious and strict rules and regulations regarding the rights of consumers of sports products.
