Presenting strategies and consequences of developing mother and child sports clubs in order to empower the community

Abstract
Mother and child sports clubs provide a refreshing atmosphere for mother and young child to transfer the necessary training and habits to improve the quality of life to the child in this appropriate context. The purpose of this study is to identify strategies and consequences for the development of mother and child sports clubs in order to empower the community. The present study follows the interpretive paradigm, inductive logic and qualitative approach. In this research, by using open-ended questions and in-depth interviews with purposefully selected experts, the main and sub-categories around the central category of the research have been explored. After achieving theoretical saturation, 16 experts participated in this study. The data obtained from the interviews were encoded, summarized and analyzed by the method of hidden content analysis. Findings show that 14 sub-categories and 5 main categories of strategies were extracted which are the main categories of strategy including management, law, human resources, hardware and media and also 13 sub-categories and 6 main categories of outcomes were extracted. , Social development, economic development, cultural development, individual empowerment and physical health. In mother and child clubs, mothers work with their children to improve their unhealthy life habits and replace them with healthy habits. By doing joint activities with each other, it will improve mother-child relationships and nurture healthy people. The country as a whole will have the opportunity to understand the rich functions of this issue and to receive suggestions for executive strategies for the development of mother and child sports clubs in the field of empowering a healthy society.
