Abstract |
In management science, managers are responsible for motivating employees to do their jobs well. While managerial skills may be sufficient for activities related to the tasks of individuals, employee motivation and organizational creativity need leadership. The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human dignity management on job motivation of physical education teachers in district 7 of Tehran. The type of research is surveying. The statistical population of the study consisted of all physical education teachers in the 7th district of Tehran with 143 persons and the sample size was 105 persons. The sampling method is stratified - stratified. Morgan table was used to determine sample size. The research tools include Job Satisfaction Questionnaire of Sedaghati (2001) with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.78 and management questionnaire based on human dignity Bagheri (2015) with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.83. Descriptive statistics indices such as mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage were used to describe demographic findings and research variables. In addition, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to determine the natural distribution of data and linear regression was used to determine the effect of variables on each other. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the principle of respect for human beings, the principle of positive attitude towards human beings, the principle of establishing strong human relationships, the principle of practical participation and the principle of comprehensive education and raising awareness with motivation of physical education teachers in Tehran 7th district. In addition, human dignity management had a significant effect on teacher motivation (p≤0.05). |
