Abstract:
Nowadays, the sports industry is known for various Domains of sports management, marketing, sports results, and media advertising. To this end, sports in the context of socio-economic achievements in the form of genuine power in the heart of society should adapt to the dynamic and unstable conditions of life, work, and business by forward-looking approach to the future.
The purpose of this study is to identify the propellants of change and to measure how they impact and are affected by the other propellants which are most important to the development of the Global Sport which is considered as a dependent variable in this research. The present study is exploratory and the data used are of the mixed method (qualitative-quantitative). It is practical in terms of purpose and data collection is a descriptive survey, and the data collection tool in is (ISM) questionnaire. First, the criteria and indicators of change propellants are identified through text mining in credible documents and interviews with experts by the Delphi method. Next, using structural-interpretive modeling(ISM)methodological analysis, the interrelationships between change propellants were analyzed by using(MicMac) software. The statistical population of this study includes 18 experts in sociology, science and technology, futures studies, and sports management. sampling has been done in a sequential-targeted manner with the method of a snowball to reach the level of adequacy of respondents. Based on the results of the main propellants of change in11categories: globalization, education, development of technology and digitalization, institutionalism versus individualism, energy, populism, economics, aging societies, the decline in poverty, changing people's lifestyles, and the growth of social movements were identified that will have a significant impact on the global sport. In the meantime, globalization, technological development and digitalization, energy management, lifestyle changes, and the economy could have strategic policies on the development of sports, as well as other factors that have been identified as dependent propellants. The continuous move towards decentralization, a multifaceted participatory approach in line with the wave of change and without fear of the future could save the current position of sports and be beneficial for its conscious development.
