Abstract |
Background: In today's societies, in order to achieve sustainable development, tourism must establish a balance between the needs of communities, environmental protection and the formation of a strong urban management system with a systemic approach. The development of this industry in the world requires the efficiency of the management system, strengthening the infrastructure and improving the necessary capacities. Objective: The city of Bandaram Khomeini (RA) has a great potential in attracting foreign and domestic tourists due to its special geographical conditions and beautiful beaches and the existence of a port, a national railway and an airport. The expansion of tourism flows in this region, with improper planning and weak infrastructure and tourism management, has had many negative effects in terms of environment, society and employment. Methodology: Based on this research, seeks to recognize the role of managerial factors in the development of beach sports tourism in Bandaram Khomeini (RA) and provide appropriate solutions for tourism development in this city. The research method is descriptive-analytical and its type is survey. The statistical population was the residents of Bandaram Khomeini city with 75,000 people. The Krejcie and Morgan table was used to determine the sample size, of which 382 people were randomly selected by quota method. In this research, one-sample t-test in 28PSPS software environment was used to analyze the data. Results and Conclusion: The results of the findings indicate the unfavorable situation of social, environmental, beach sports and employment indicators in Bandaram Khomeini (RA), which indicates the poor performance of managers in the development of beach sports tourism in this city. |
