This research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of collecting field information and in terms of the nature of correlation. Methodology: The statistical population of this study includes all physical education teachers in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces, which is 490 people. The statistical sample size was estimated to be 215 using Cochran's formula, which is a non-random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22 software. In the descriptive part, mean, standard deviation, frequency and frequency percentage and in the inferential part, Pearson correlation test and linear regression were used. Results and Conclusion: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-determining job motivation and teachers' job motivation. These results also showed that among the dimensions of job motivation, self-determination, career advancement and development, nature of work, job responsibility, job position, salary, relationship with peers and job security have a positive and significant relationship with job motivation. The results further showed that environmental policy, workplace conditions and supervision are not significantly related to job motivation. Finally, the results of linear regression showed that job responsibility has the largest share in predicting job motivation.. |
