Abstract
Polo, one of the world’s oldest sports, is played in over eighty countries.
Polo is an equestrian group sport consisting of four gamers per team, with stage of play decided by way of cumulative player handicap (−2 to +10 goals), with a higher handicap denoting a better player.
There is minimal literature investigating Polo players’ physical attributes, hence the grasp of the physical traits that may also make contributions to an improved handicap are unknown while competitive and leisure polo remember significantly upon core and decrease extremity electricity and endurance, the proper shoulder and spine are underneath tremendous bodily demand as well. The result of this study was that the injuries inflicted on Iranian polo players were higher than expected, which could be due to the lack of pre-match warm-up exercises and the lack of specialized bodybuilding in the relevant field.
