Abstract:
The exchange rate is one of the most important factors determining the capacity of the country's sports business and the most important factor in foreign trade, whose fluctuations have a very rapid impact on the sports business. The real exchange rate is actually the effective supply and demand that exists in the business and the price of the day is determined based on it.Exchange rate fluctuations are broken down into predictable and unpredictable components, and the impact of these fluctuations on the two tools of monetary policy (liquidity) and fiscal policy (government spending) on the sports business is evaluated. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of exchange rate fluctuations on sports businesses. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and analytical-descriptive in terms of research method. The method of data collection in this study is documentary and library. Data analysis was performed using Ivory 9 software. The import price index of sports goods along with trade openness and the final cost of trading partners entered the model. Findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between exchange rates and sports businesses in Iran, but during the period under review, the effect of exchange rates on sports businesses is incomplete and 0.76. The final cost variables of trading partners and the degree of trade openness have a positive and significant effect on the sports business, so increasing the volume of trade in sporting goods in the effects of exchange rate changes helps sports businesses.
