For the past two decades, some researchers have criticized and criticized it, giving reasons for limiting its use. The SOAR strategic model (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations& Results) is based on the positive thinking paradigm introduced by Stavors (2004). This model is a paradigm shift in strategic thinking; Use of SOAR is recommended in organizations that are active in less competitive environments or are striving for cultural change in communities. This model is not only able to effectively analyze the organization, but also has the ability to determine a practical and operational strategic plan for the next steps. This approach involves all stakeholders in advancing organizational goals. SOAR also emphasizes organizational learning and creating an organizational culture for change, and emphasizes creativity and innovation in all members of the organization. Conclusion: It is suggested to use this model for strategic planning to develop good habits in society such as sports activities, study, public health, and the like. |
