Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate customer satisfaction (athletes, coaches, referees, spectators) of services in sports facilities in Golestan province. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and survey data collection. The statistical population is athletes (10,000), coaches (902), referees (276), spectators (10,000) in Golestan province.The statistical sample was determined by random and stratified sampling method and based on Morgan table, the number of athletes (384), coaches (269), referees (162) and spectators (384). To collect research data, Khodadadi Places Satisfaction Questionnaire (2013) was used and after collecting distributed questionnaires, descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the questionnaire data including: mean, standard deviation and Kalmograph-Smirnov test for normality. The data were used in inferential statistics and correlated t-test was used to test the research hypotheses. The results show that the majority of research samples are male and the minority are research samples (75.78% of spectators, 63.02% of athletes, 73.45% of referees, 65.05% of coaches).All issues related to management and planning, safety and health, the quality of human resources that exist in sports venues in Golestan province, has met the needs and expectations of customers (spectators, athletes, coaches, referees), while the lack of facilities and equipment Also, the lack of facilities provided by the managers of sports venues has caused customer dissatisfaction.
