Investigating the factors affecting the intention of customers to use virtual services using the social networks of private sports clubs in the outbreak of coronavirus

Abstract
The outbreak of the Covid 19 virus has led to the closure of sports clubs for a period of time for sports clubs therefore, the trustees of these clubs should seek to provide creative solutions to attract and retain their customers to stabilize income on the one hand and increase physical activity among citizens due to the inactive lifestyle of citizens on the other hand. One of the services that sports clubs can use in this time benefit is the use of virtual networks and the provision of virtual services. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the intention of customers to use virtual services using social networks of sports clubs. In this research, the statistical population consisting of 390 customers of sports clubs in Isfahan has been studied through a descriptive-survey research method. Data analysis method was performed using SPSS software and descriptive statistical methods Spearman correlation coefficient, chi-square and cramer s test were used. In examining the research hypotheses, it shows the self-efficacy of using social networks with customers' perceptions and the usefulness of using virtual services, self-efficacy of social networks with customers' perception of the ease of use of virtual services, customer perception about the usefulness of using social networks with the intention of using these possibilities, Customers' perceptions about the ease of use of social networks are related to the usefulness of these services from the customer's point of view and to the intention of customers to use the virtual services of sports clubs.
