| The purpose of this study was to analyze the effective trends for the future of the country's championship sport with a vision of 1414. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of applied goal setting strategy and its method and explanatory based on future research methods. In preparing the trends affecting the future development of sports in the country, the method of documentary studies was used and in the discussion of experimental data, experts in the field of sports were used. Finally, in this research, using the interaction analysis method with Mick Mac analysis, and after identifying the key factors, these factors were analyzed using the scenario wizard software and a portfolio of possible future scenarios was extracted. Final factors affecting the future of the country's championship sports (attracting sponsors in the championship sports sector, the existence of specialized manpower (coach, doctor, psychologist, logistics, etc.), the use of knowledgeable and specialized coaches in various sports, systematic talent identification in National championship sports, policies and prospects and predetermined goals, increase of credits and budget of championship sports, purposeful distribution of budgets and allocation of credits based on priorities, equipment, and appropriate hardware and software facilities) as components and indicators Important were identified in the subject. Among the extracted scenarios, 3 scenarios (systematic talent identification in the national championship sport, policies and prospects, and predetermined goals, credits, and budget of the national championship sport) have a very high probability of occurrence. Conclusion: Therefore, it is suggested that sports managers be very careful in balancing time and resources. If sports managers want to achieve their desired future in a 15-year horizon, it is worthwhile to consider the budget period and the appropriate manpower to direct them to the highest level of their affairs. |
