Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the incidence of irregularities in physical education classes from the perspective of teachers in Gorgan. The statistical population of this study was all male and female physical education teachers in Gorgan, whose number is 161 people. The sampling method was simple random. According to Morgan's table, the sample size was 4 people, which was increased by 10% due to the possibility of losing the subjects, and therefore the number of subjects in the present study was considered to be 4 people. In order to collect research data, a researcher-made questionnaire in the form of 33 items was used, which examines five different areas for examining the causes of students' irregularities in sports alarm, which are: a) The area of ​​abilities and performance Teacher, b- Personality and behavioral characteristics of students, c = Parents' attitudes, out-of-school sports environments and e- In-school environment, validity of the questionnaire was used using the opinions of 8 professors of sports management. And its reliability was determined by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (3 = 0.81), which indicates the acceptable reliability of the questionnaire. In order to analyze the research data, descriptive statistics (mean, frequency, standard deviation, etc.) and inferential statistics (Smirnov calligraphy test and Spearman correlation test and Friedman test) were used. All analyzes were performed using SPSS software at a significant level (p ٠٥ 0.5). Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between all the studied factors and irregularities in physical education classes. Also, the factor of the school environment, students 'personality and behavioral characteristics, sports environments outside the school, parents' attitudes, and finally the ability and performance of the teacher received the highest rank, respectively. According to the findings of the research and considering that the role of teachers and the extent of their abilities in disciplinary control of students is very important, so physical education teachers should increase their abilities in different classroom management.
