Abstract
Target and Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of consumption of industrial and traditional drinks on performance indicators, perception of activity difficulty and blood lactation of female athletes.
Methodology: This research was quasi-experimental in terms of method, cross-sectional in terms of time, applied in terms of purpose and field-type in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study was female fitness athletes in Kermanshah. Considering that in the present study there are three groups (consumption of traditional drinks, consumption of industrial drinks and control group), 45 people were selected as a sample and divided into three groups randomly, with 15 people in each group. There is. In two sessions, 7 days apart, after getting acquainted with how to work, the subjects filled in the consent form. Findings were analyzed in two sections: descriptive and inferential statistics. In the descriptive statistics section, frequency distribution tables, central tendency and dispersion indices, and in the inferential statistics section, the Shapiro-Wilk test was used to normalize the data. One-way ANOVA parametric test will be used and Bonferroni post hoc test will be used for in-group comparison in three groups. Finally, to analyze the statistical tests, Spss software version 23 was used at 95% confidence level and with an error level of 0.05.
Results :There is a significant difference between industrial and traditional drinks on performance indicators, perception of activity difficulty and blood lactate of female athletes.
Conclusion: For higher athletic performance, reducing the negative effects of blood lactate and speeding up the recovery of lost energy, it is necessary to include the consumption of traditional drinks in the diet of athletes.
