| Environmental issues are becoming a public concern around the world, affecting the lives of every human being. Currently, the environment is the third most important factor after sports and culture. Sports venues are the most basic piece of hardware in the organization of physical education and sports that can have all-round effects, including environmental, on the environment; Therefore, sports managers play an important role in order to optimally use sports facilities and create a healthier environment by using skilled human resources and appropriate facilities and equipment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the approach of sports managers to environmental issues in sports venues, which was done by questionnaire. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of factors affecting the development of sports venue management based on environmental issues in Iran and the main variables are managerial and environmental factors. Therefore, to achieve better results, a descriptive-survey method has been used, which has reviewed, analyzed, interpreted and described the achievements, according to the data. The method of data collection in this research is based on field studies and a questionnaire that has been used to test the research hypotheses of this data. The statistical population of this study includes all employees, specialists and experts active in the sports sector in Iran. The statistical sample of this study includes 280 activists in the field of sports. Data collection tools were interviews and questionnaires. The results of research on the approach of sports managers to environmental issues in sports venues showed that managers in order to pay attention to environmental issues and reduce its destructive effects have used significant indicators and standards in the places under their control. |
