Abstract |
The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and happiness of male student-athletes. The statistical population of the study included all male student-athletes in Jiroft (500 people). According to Morgan's table, 250 people were selected as the statistical sample. Research tools include 1- Spiritual intelligence questionnaire 2- Standardized happiness questionnaire, the validity of the questionnaires has been reported in various researches above. Cronbach's alpha test was used to obtain validity. Descriptive statistics, such as mean, standard deviation and percentage, will be used in data analysis, and in inferential statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirov test and Pearson correlation coefficient test to determine the relationships between variables and multivariate regression analysis to predict relationships. Between predictor and criterion variables was used. Dynamics, freshness is a characteristic of today's generation and agrees with its nature and natural requirements, depression, laziness, isolation, inactivity, sadness, wilting, a great pest and a huge obstacle to growth and prosperity and creativity and efficiency of the young generation has shown experience. Wherever parents have participated in the school with their knowledge, intellectual, cultural and material participation, the process of academic progress and activity in the educational planning of schools has enjoyed a better and more desirable position. By creating an atmosphere full of intimacy, the resourceful manager increases the team spirit, builds trust and creates an emotional, friendly and happy atmosphere. The results showed that a positive and significant relationship was observed between emotional intelligence and happiness, and as a result, emotional intelligence was a good predictor of happiness for athletic students. |
