Abstract |
Today, creating a sense of sports justice among different national and club athletes has a significant impact on the success of sports teams, improving the performance of athletes and thus providing a suitable environment for all national and club athletes to achieve national team uniforms and gain honor. In the absence of sports justice between men and women and dissatisfaction among male and female athletes, it causes them to migrate to rival countries, which wastes investment in the growth and development of athletes, and That we create a competitor for ourselves and our sport. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to compare the differences in sports justice between male and female athletes of national teams. The present study is an applied type and the method of the present study is descriptive-correlation, which was conducted in the field among male and female athletes of different national teams by a standard questionnaire. Sampling was done by stratified method and based on sport. The number of samples was calculated based on Cochran's formula and finally 386 valid questionnaires were collected. Independent t-test of SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The findings of the present study showed that there is no difference between the sports justice of male and female athletes in national teams and the same amount of attention has been paid in both groups. Sports justice for male and female athletes on national teams was at an unfavorable level. Therefore, it can be concluded that considering that sports justice is not in a good position among male and female athletes of national teams, It is suggested that the federations and national coaches selected by the federations specify specific criteria for selecting members of national teams and using members. |
