Investigating the relationship between organizational effectiveness and knowledge management and organizational intelligence of Alborz sports staff

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational effectiveness and knowledge management, organizational intelligence of Alborz sports staff. The research method is descriptive-correlational and the statistical population of this research consists of all employees of sports boards in Alborz province, whose number is 138 people. The statistical sample of this research is equal to the whole statistical population. The measurement tools of this research included four standard questionnaires of Parsons (1969) organizational standard, Newman and Conrad (2000) standard knowledge management questionnaire and Albrecht (2003) organizational intelligence questionnaire. To determine the validity of the questionnaires, face validity and content validity were used qualitatively and Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients of the questionnaires were 0.92, 0.96 and 0.90, respectively. Pearson correlation coefficient test was used to analyze the data. Also, all the steps of data analysis have been examined using SPSS software version 23. Findings show that there is a significant relationship between the components of organizational effectiveness, knowledge management and organizational intelligence of Alborz sports staff. In addition, the results of regression test showed that there is a direct relationship between knowledge management and the effectiveness of Alborz sports staff. There is a direct relationship between organizational intelligence and the effectiveness of Alborz sports staff. Also, organizational knowledge and intelligence management can be a good predictor for organizational effectiveness among the staff of sports boards in Alborz province. The use of organizational knowledge and intelligence management can increase the competitiveness of an organization and differentiate it from other organizations, which can be one of the factors to improve the effectiveness of the organization.
