Abstract |
Organizational performance is one of the most important concepts in any organization. Human skill means having the ability and power of discernment in creating an environment of understanding and cooperation and doing work by others, effective activity as a member of the group, understanding the motivations of individuals and influencing their behavior. Emotional, emotional or emotional intelligence includes knowing, controlling one's emotions and emotions. These two variables, namely managerial skills of managers and emotional intelligence are considered as very important variables affecting organizational performance. Therefore, in the present study, we decided to investigate the effect of managers' managerial skills on organizational performance with regard to the mediating role of emotional intelligence in Khorramabad Physical Education Organization so that we can finally provide useful information to managers and policy makers. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting survey information and using a questionnaire, which is used to assess the performance of the organization from the Choi and Rainy questionnaire (2010), to assess management skills from Kaufman and Lee questionnaire (1999) and The questionnaire of Lee et al. (2014) was used to measure emotional intelligence. The statistical population in this study is 150 employees of Khorramabad Physical Education Department, of which 108 sample were selected using simple random sampling using Krejcie and Morgan table. Structural equations using Smart PLS software were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses and research model. The results indicate that management skills with three indicators of human, perceptual and technical skills have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, also emotional intelligence has a positive and significant mediating role in this effect. |
