Abstract |
The general purpose of this study is to test the model of individual behaviors of energy saving employees of sports facilities in Tehran Municipality. The present study is descriptive and based on structural equation modeling and in terms of purpose is also considered as applied research. The statistical population of this study consists of all employees of Tehran Municipality sports facilities in 22 districts, the number of which is 1961 according to the statistics registered in the Tehran Municipality Sports Organization. In this study, standard questionnaires of human values, responsibility, individual norms and behavioral goals developed by the object and colleagues were used. Descriptive statistical indicators such as frequency, frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum were used to examine the research variables. Then, to determine the normality of data distribution, skewness and elongation index, construct validity of research variables, confirmatory factor analysis and structural effect modeling were used to investigate the effect of variables. Data analysis tools are SPSS and SmartPlus software. The results showed that self-governing values have a significant positive effect on responsibility in employees of sports facilities in Tehran Municipality. Altruistic values have a significant positive effect on responsibility in the staff of sports facilities of Tehran Municipality. While biocentric values do not have a significant effect on responsibility in the staff of sports facilities in Tehran Municipality. Also, responsibility has a significant positive effect on individual norms in the staff of sports facilities in Tehran Municipality. Individual norms have a significant positive effect on behavioral goals in the staff of sports facilities in Tehran Municipality. |
