December 2019 in Wohan city of China; the doctors identify a new type of respiratory tract infections called Covid 19, after people had a severe cause of pneumonia and coughing and not effective treatments on patients. The purpose of the present study is to Comparison of Physical fitness levels in Athletes and non-Athletes adolescent’s female diagnosis Covid 19.
Materials & Methods: This study is quasi-experimental and targeted cross-sectional. They were 46 Athletes and non- Athletes adolescent’s female (diagnosis Covid 19) in the age range of 14 to 17 years who selected. The Romberg Test (Eyes closed) was used to Static Balance performance To measure the Biomechanical parameters from Romberg Test (Eyes closed) to assess the static Balance, Set- Up Test was used to measure the strength of the abdomen, the bending of the body forward to measure the flexibility and 60 meters Test to assess their velocity. Data analysis was Independent t-test for Biomechanics parameters of Athletes and non- Athletes adolescent’s female diagnosis Covid 19 by significant level of (P≥ 0.05).
Results: Based on the findings; between the weight and the BMI index of Athletes and non- Athletes adolescent’s female. There were a significant difference between the static balance and Set-Up (p≤0.00 in two group Athletes and non- Athletes adolescent’s female diagnosis Covid 19 (P≥ 0.00)
Conclusion: Based on the results of this study and similarity study of some symptoms of Covid 19 and ICTV Virus can be concluded that adolescent girls are more desirable because of ongoing physical activities and physical fitness levels, which improve the immune system and motor performance that after curing illness and recovery, they are more preferred than non -athletes, and better mechanical parameters are compared to non - athletes.
