Abstract:
The purpose of this study is investigating the extent of responsibility of individuals regarding damages in sports activities, as well as how to compensate them in sports duties and accidents. Identifying the person responsible for the injury in sports accidents faces many legal problems, The examination of numerous cases of sports accidents and the legal obligation of a person to compensate as a result of a documented action have doubled the need to investigate this specialized issue such as: Identifying the person responsible for injury in sports accidents faces many legal problems and due to the increase in quantity and quality of sports in recent years and the forced increase in sports accidents and referral of numerous cases related to crime or quasi-crime related to sports and also different rulings that courts They issue a relatively single issue and sometimes contradict each other. In Iranian law, sports accidents are subject to a special law, so sports laws can be considered in two categories: 1. Governing sports rules and regulations 2. Special care and precautions imposed on athletes, the aim is to ensure safety and avoid violence that in this study, we examine the laws of the second group Because criminal liability and especially civil liability is focused on the second issue Because sports fouls and their effects on legal relationships are discussed here. To find these principles, we should first define the definition of sporting events and the concept of fault and the rules that govern it in order to express the concept of responsibility.
