Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to investigate and describe the impact of media on public and recreational sports.The research method of this research is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose.The data collection method includes library studies and a researcher-made questionnaire.To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, a small part of the statistical population was used and through Cronbach's alpha at the level of 0.05, the reliability of the public sports questionnaire was 0.86.

The statistical population of this study consisted of physical education teachers who were aware of the subject of the research. In this research, due to the fact that the number of people in the community is limited due to the descriptive nature of the research, the research sample is equal to the research community and in full 40 Person was determined.
Data analysis methods include descriptive statistics and inferential tests such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, compare the average of a community (single sample t) and Kruskal-Wallis test.
The results of this study showed that the allocation of morning sports as one of the radio and television programs and the existence of radio and television programs to educate and promote public sports, as well as the low cost of this type of sport and being with friends and finally filling idle time from Important and influential factors on people's culture are effective in increasing the level of physical activity. And on the other hand, the lack of effective advertising in the media and the weakness in using up-to-date technology for education related to public sports can have a negative effect on the development of public and recreational sports.
