The impact of gamification on increasing motivation to exercise in sports clubs

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to evaluate the effect of gamification on the increase of motivation to play sports in Internet sports clubs. The research method is quasi-experimental research. The statistical population of the study is a number of Internet sports clubs operating in various sports. The research sample of 20 sports clubs from all over the country has been purposefully selected from the statistical community. In this study, a researcher-made questionnaire that was designed electronically and on paper in seven sections was used and its validity was confirmed by experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.95 and competitive game was 0.92. To provide descriptive data, frequency statistical index, frequency percentage and in inferential statistics section, Shapirovilk test was used to investigate the natural distribution of data. Leven test was used to check the homogeneity of variance and Univariate test (analysis of covariance) was used to analyze the data and compare the means of the groups. According to the results of the university test, it has a significant effect on increasing the motivation to play sports through gamification (F = 63.468, sig = 0.001). According to the obtained results, it can be said that Top people can see an increase in motivation for sports. It was even suggested by the club members that the process of training sports skills be taught according to the gamification method. In addition, we will see the direction of marketing and advertising programs of clubs and increase competitive advantage in these clubs.
