Abstract |
Background: In a successful education system, teachers play a vital role and it is believed that students' good performance depends on the effectiveness of their teachers' teaching method. Also, the role of physical education teachers in implementing physical education lessons and students' growth and prosperity is very important. Aim: The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of e-learning management on physical effectiveness and job performance of physical education teachers. Methodology: The statistical population of this study consisted of all physical education teachers in kohgiluyeh and boyer-ahmad provinces in 2020. The sampling method was stratified proportionally random so that the study sample was selected in proportion to the physical education teachers in each of the regions and cities of education. Krejcie and morgan (1979) sample size table was used to determine the sample size and 160 people were selected as the sample. Teacher chu and booley effectiveness questionnaire (2007), esmaili et al. The research method of this research was correlational. Data were analyzed using pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis using SPSS statistical software. Results: The results of this study showed that the management of e-learning physical education has a significant effect on the effectiveness of physical education teachers (p <0.001). Also, the management of physical education e-learning has a significant effect on the job performance of physical education teachers (p <0.001). Conclusion: The management of e-learning physical education has an effect on the growth of students' learning and the use of technology and the use of electronic content causes the dynamism and activation of physical education teachers and increases their effectiveness and improves their job performance. |
