Investigating the relationship between Lifestyle promoting-Health and Corona anxiety in Middle-aged active women

Abstract
Aim: Nowadays, one of the most important anxieties in society today is corona anxiety and Middle age is a sensitive stage of life. Lifestyle is one of the most important components of health. Due to the importance of lifestyle in relation to anxiety, the aim of current study was to investigating the relationship between Lifestyle promoting-Health and Corona anxiety in Middle-aged active women.
Research Method: The research methodology was descriptive correlational. Study population consisted of all women Active over 40 years in Birjand and sample of this research based on G Power software was 50 people who completed the questionnaires online. The research instruments include Corona Anxiety Questionnaire developed by Alipour et al. and health- promotion lifestyle profile (HPLP) Questionnaire developed by Walker et al. Validity of the questionnaire were estimated by interview with professors and expert person and reliability was assessed by using Cronbach's alpha (α =. 78 and α =. 85).For analyze the data Peirson correlation coefficient, Fridman test and Regression were used. The research hypotheses were also analyzed using SPSS 25 software.
Results: The results of this study confirmed that there is a correlation between health-promotion lifestyle and the Corona Anxiety (P < 0.05, n = 50 and r = .56). Also determined that among the dimensions health- promotion lifestyle, the factor has the highest correlation with Corona Anxiety was responsibility.
Conclusion: The results of this study show that health-promoting lifestyle is associated with low corona virus anxiety. Especially component of responsibility can reduce the corona anxiety.Therefore, interventions focused on components of health-promoting lifestyle can be effective in preventing from active women developing corona virus anxiety.
