Transformation of factors preventing corruption in the country's sports

Abstract:
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the factors preventing corruption in sports in the country. Corruption is an issue that has plagued institutions and organizations at all times and has formed the core of the thinking of many scientists and political thinkers. Corruption, as one of the most common forms of corruption, is a phenomenon that transcends the boundaries of time and place, and with this feature, does not belong to a particular time or belong to a particular society. In the present study, the researcher has analyzed the results and findings of previous researchers using a systematic review approach and qualitative meta-integration, and by performing the seven steps of Sandlowski and Barroso methods, has categorized the conceptual model of corruption prevention factors in sports. Based on three-step coding in MAXQDA software Version 19, these factors were analyzed and categorized into 6 main categories and 62 core codes. In order to measure the reliability and quality control of the present study, the kappa method was used. Kappa coefficient calculated by SPSS Version 21 software was equal to 0.910 which is at the level of excellent agreement. Given that the economic factor has had the most repetition in resources, reducing inflation and devaluing the currency, reforming the financial reward system for servants, improving the living conditions of government employees, making government economic and transactional activities more competitive, and eliminating concessions and rents. Reducing government interference in economic affairs, clarifying the rules and regulations governing economic activities and reducing enterprise in economic fields as a deterrent to the incidence of corruption and economic strategies that can play an effective role in reducing corruption.
