Abstract
Objective:The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between the relationship between climate of trust and respect in educational optimism of physical education teachers with the mediation of organizational embeddedness.
Methodology: Methodology of the research in terms of the strategy, was scrolling, and in terms of analytical, was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the study consisted of physical education teachers in west azerbaijan province in the academic year of 1400 with volume (500 people), sampling method of type (available) and sample size according to krejcie-morgan model, 217 people were considered. The research tool was michelle et al. Organizational embeddedness questionnaire (2001), climate of trust and respec spreitzer & porath questionnaire (2012), baird teacher's educational optimism, huey & woolfolk (2008). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential, with the help of two software spss. 20 and lisrel. 8.50 were analyzed.
Results: The results showed that the direct effect of climate trust and respect variable on educational optimism, climate trust and respect variable on organizational placement, organizational embeddedness on teachers' educational optimism is significant and positive. Meanwhile, organizational embeddedness also browsers teachers' educational optimism.
Conclusion: therefore, it is suggested that in order to increase the educational optimism of teachers, policy makers of the ministry of education, managers and deputies in the field of headquarters and line and schools, effective interactions and behaviors in order to increase the climate of respect and trust and organizational embeddedness are observed. So that teachers can have the best possible performance in the classroom.
