The effect of social underminingon on quality of work life of employees with the mediation of organizational health in sport and youth departments of Bushehr province

Abstract:
He was in the sports and youth offices of Bushehr province. The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees of sport and youth offices of Bushehr province, which included the cities of Bushehr, Tangestan, Dashtestan, Jam, Dashti, Deylam, Dir, Genaveh, Assaluyeh and Kangan (200 people) in the first half of 1400 in The offices were working. Due to the limited statistical population of the research and the number of employees of sport and youth departments of Bushehr province, the whole number sampling method was used and all employees of sports and youth departments of Bushehr province were selected as the research sample. Finally, 180 people were questioned, They replied. Social Undermining questionnaires (Duffy et al. 2002), organizational health (Graham Lowes, 2010) and quality of work life (Safari, 2006) were used to collect data. In inferential analysis, first the normality of the data was checked using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and then structural equation test was used and the data were analyzed using SPSS26 and Smart-PLS3 software. The presented results show that there is a significant relationship between social Undermining and organizational health (p <0.05, β-0.352). The presented results indicate the existence of a significant incremental (direct) relationship between organizational health and quality of work life (p <0.05, β = 0.861). Also, the presented results indicate the existence of a significant reduction (inverse) relationship between social Undermining and quality of working life (p <0.05, β = -0.182). Also, based on the calculations performed, the p-value of the Sobel test was obtained to investigate the mediating role of the organizational health variable equal to (0. 01), which confirms the mediating effect of organizational health on the relationship between social Undermining and quality of working life. It can
be concluded that the organizational factors of social Undermining and organizational health affect the quality of work life of employees. Guide in the direction of the main goal of the organization and always in the direction of support and development of employees to be able to develop the quality of work life of employees.
