Abstract
The phenomenon of athlete migration is one of the most challenging today's media issues in Iran's championship sport sector that urges the scientific community to investigate this phenomenon. Some heroes, with the increasing growth of various expectations and needs and various sports motivations, have doubts about the dilemma of migration or non-migration. The purpose of this study was to analyze the discourse of the reasons for the migration of Iranian sports champions. In present study a descriptive methodology was adopted that was selected, coded and analyzed by analyzing the lectures and interviews of the last year related to the objectives of the research. Examples included 23 lectures and interviews with with managers, experts and athletes that received media attention. 62 symbols, 17 concepts and 8 categories were identified by examining and analyzing documents and coding in three stages of open, axial and selective. The results showed that most experts and managers consider the causes of heroic migration in several important categories, including abuse, political management, social gap, social support, social freedom, lost welfare, distorting national identity and national position. It seems that managers should have a comprehensive and holistic approach to the issue of migration of champions, and with foresight, help to reduce the existing gaps by using experts in this field, change the lifestyle according to social status and ensure the welfare and desires of athletes to Converge in society and help reduce this harmful phenomenon. It is also suggested to pay attention to the movement of athletes on the path of Sportsmanship with incentive and motivational policies.
