Abstract |
Introduction: concentration and synergy demand of gait initiation in one hand and similarity of this patterns of movement with ankle sprain mechanism in another hand, is the important reason of more research in initiation gait. The purpose of this study was to survey the alternation in kinematic and kinetic initiation of gait in elite football player with chronic ankle instability. Methodology This fundamental and apply research with regard to some kinematic and kinetic parameters in elite football players with chronic ankle instability in 20-25 years old done. For this purpose, used the motion analysis system (8 camera) in 200 Hz, two force plate (Kistler, 9286A) in 1000Hz and 16 channels electromyogram (ME6000) in 1000Hz. Mean and standard deviation and independent t test used respectively for description and between group comparison (0.05). Result Stance limb hip ROM, COM displacement in vertical and medio-lateral direction, dynamic postural stability index in anterior-posterior, vertical direction and total index, mean displacement of COM in vertical were differ between group. Also, normally group show significant lower activity in stance limb gluteus medius. Conclusion little mean deferens between group, perhaps refer to this idea that biomechanical strategy is differ than movement control pattern and used an anticipatory adjustment. Perhaps this idea is true because of with alternation the pattern of movement from feedforward to feedback, demand to receipt and process the pals, not only different were greater but also the control parameters such as COP were altered in high threshold. Cited items and this research finding that in both of feedback and feedforward pattern of movement, the least change observed in kinematic and kinetic of involved limb, probably indicated that rehabilitation specialists for obtain better results from treatment protocols of CIA persons, need to change the attention from local to global. In other words, it seems that CIA is the global injury than local. |
