Abstract:
Introduction: Identifying, cultivating and directing talent is an integral part of the strategy and vision of developed and developing countries today. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze sports talent in schools in Fooman city using the SWOT model.
Methodology: In this research, 90 physical education teachers in Fooman have been selected to participate in the research through available sampling and based on interviews and researcher-made questionnaires, we have collected information.
Findings: The inferential findings of the present study stated that the strong point of school sports talent identification from the perspective of physical education teachers in Fooman is the existence of an active and sports-loving population. The disadvantage of school sports talent from the point of view of physical education teachers in Fooman is the lack of appropriate facilities and equipment for sports talent. The most important opportunity for school sports talent from the point of view of physical education teachers in Fooman has been The threat of school sports talent from the perspective of physical education teachers in the city of Fooman has included the lack of sports per capita and the lack of genetic testing centers to measure the athletic ability of people in the province.
Conclusion: The results of this study have shown that sports talent identification in schools is located in the WO area from the perspective of physical education teachers in Fooman. Accordingly, sports teachers should pay attention to reform and improve the national structure of public sports, promote sports culture and mobility and health in society.
