Ligament strain or tear is one of the most common sports injuries. Of all
the injuries in exercise, muscle strain and tendon or sprain ligament
injury are the most common, followed by re-injury. . Injuries have three
degrees. Grade 1: In this case, the amount of damage is mild and there
is no instability in the joint. Grade 2: There is instability due to moderate
rupture, but not much and bleeding is seen in the joint. Grade 3: This
condition means a complete rupture and usually there is instability in the
joint and bleeding is more severe in the joint (1) According to studies, the
cause of ligament sprain in the joint can be internal or external. Internal
factors such as age, sex, weight, previous injury and. Can be mentioned.
External factors include the environment and facilities of the sport, the

Were identified. The results show that using a bandage and strengthening the
