Abstract |
Ligament strain or tear is one of the most common sports injuries. Of all the injuries in exercise, muscle strain and tendon or sprain ligament injury are the most common, followed by re-injury. . Injuries have three degrees. Grade 1: In this case, the amount of damage is mild and there is no instability in the joint. Grade 2: There is instability due to moderate rupture, but not much and bleeding is seen in the joint. Grade 3: This condition means a complete rupture and usually there is instability in the joint and bleeding is more severe in the joint (1) According to studies, the cause of ligament sprain in the joint can be internal or external. Internal factors such as age, sex, weight, previous injury and. Can be mentioned. External factors include the environment and facilities of the sport, the level of competition, the level of skill, the type of shoe, and the factors that affect the production of aspirin in the body's ligaments. . The present study is a review study in which our goal is to report ligament springs in the joint of the body. Summaries of articles and texts in English have been used to write the above text; Using search engines from sites MEDLINE / PubMed, EMBASE / SCOPUS, LILACS, CINAHL,Google Scholar Were identified. The results show that using a bandage and strengthening the sense of depth will have a positive effect to prevent this damage. It seems that one third of people who suffer from sprain ligament because of significant disability due to pain, functional instability and mechanical instability or torsion. Repeated after a recovery period of 1 to 5 years after treatment there is a possibility of recurrence of the injury. |
