Abstract
Muscles are involved in every movement the body makes, and maintaining muscle strength is an important part of daily life. Monitoring muscle strength is one of the methods used by professionals to be able to objectively assess the overall health of the muscle and the individual [1]. Imbalance of muscle strength indices is detrimental to elite exercise and increases the likelihood of muscle injury or impaired athletic performance if there is significant asymmetry [2]. The main issue in muscle evaluation is having an objective method for documenting muscle condition. One of the most objective and consistent tools used for this test and evaluation of muscle strength is the digital hand dynamometer [3] The results of this research have led to the construction of a portable sports dynamometer that in addition to use in sports centers can be used in rehabilitation centers, it is possible to compete with foreign models both in terms of efficiency and cost. They play an important role in every movement that the body makes and it is important to maintain the power of daily life. Muscle monitoring is one of the methods used by specialists to evaluate the objective view of the overall health of the muscle and the individual [1]. Imbalance of muscle strength indices is detrimental to elite exercise and increases the likelihood of muscle injury or impaired athletic performance if there is significant asymmetry [2]. Skeletal abnormalities can be caused, for example, by a problem with the pectoralis major and the abdominal muscles, causing chronic back pain. The main issue in evaluation is having an objective method for documenting muscle condition. One of the most objective and consistent tools that use forces for this test and evaluation of forces [3]
In the portable human part, muscle force recognition has various applications, including in determining the condition of the muscle and showing the increase or decrease in strength due to injury or exercise [8].
