Abstract
One of the important innovations of this research is a relatively comprehensive study of all aspects and processes in the development of sports law in Iran. Futures study as a new approach is a process that leads to a sustainable outcome of planning action. In this regard, this research, with a futuristic approach, identifies the most important factors affecting the development of sports law and the extent and how these factors affect each other in order to provide the achievement of optimal scenarios.
The research method is based on futures study, explanatory and for data collection, documentary method and environmental scan have been used. To analyze the data, the interaction / structural analysis method was used by MICMAC software. The results of the research indicate that in the first stage, by environmental scanning method, 41 factors in 5 areas, affecting the development of sports rights in Iran were identified. What can be understood from the status of the scatter plot of the variables indicates the instability of the system that most of the variables are scattered around the diagonal axis of the plane. Therefore, five categories of factors (influential factors, two-dimensional factors, regulatory factors, influential factors and independent factors) can be identified. Finally, from the 41 mentioned factors, after examining the extent and how these factors affect each other and the future situation of sports law in the country through direct and indirect methods, 15 key factors were selected; Legal elements (disciplinary committees, ethics and appeals), special domestic sports courts, special sports courts (CAS, etc.), international law, upstream documents, standardization of laws, development of legal literacy of stakeholders in sports, development of sports law culture, Compilation of specialized books on sports law, legal gaps in sports, force majeure and hardship, examples of intellectual and intellectual property, ambush marketing, new sports violations and structural changes in sports organizations.
